In 2020, 138 square metres of HydroSTON 50 Block pavers were installed in Spencer Lane, Redfern, providing permeable surface on a public park. The pavers handle rainfall effectively in this highly urbanised precinct, where runoff and limited infiltration are common concerns. By capturing water at the surface and allowing gradual infiltration, the HydroSTON pavement helped reduce ponding and supported stormwater management on constrained site layout.
