At a recently completed townhouse precinct in Eastgardens, NSW, HydroSTON permeable pavers were used across shared driveways and connecting pathways. Situated in a region with sandy subgrade, the development benefited from HydroSTON’s capacity to rapidly infiltrate stormwater directly into the ground. This reduced runoff, alleviated pressure on stormwater infrastructure, and helped sustain planted verge areas with consistent moisture. The pavers also delivered a clean, modern finish that suited the architectural style of the townhouses, offering both practical and visual continuity across the communal outdoor spaces.
